Short Description:

The main circuit board adopts an integrated module design with pilot current CNC function, which is conducive to quality control of arc starting, and the success rate of arc starting reaches 100%. It has the function of preventing secondary repeated welding and preventing the occurrence of accidents.
The main circuit has protection functions such as phase loss, overcurrent, and over welding. Infinite adjustment time function, with an adjustment accuracy of up to 1ms, ensuring welding quality.
The welding machine adopts a 5-gear transfer switch for current adjustment, which avoids current runaway caused by potentiometer failure. The current is preset and easy to operate.
This series of welding machines has strong adaptability to power grid fluctuations and voltage instability, with low voltage of 320V to high voltage of 440V. The generator can work normally as a power source, and the fault rate is extremely low.
It can weld a variety of metal materials such as low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, etc.
