In the construction of long-distance pipelines, special geographical environments are often encountered, such as paddy fields, lake areas, swamps, crossing, connecting heads, and many complex construction conditions in ditches. In response to these issues, our company has specially developed a fully automatic remote control hydraulic internal alignment machine, which integrates the power unit, drive, mechanism adjustment, inflation, and alignment into a pipe internal execution mechanism. The front-end does not require any connecting pipelines, and all pipeline pairing functions can be completed independently within the pipeline through remote control. It has improved the progress and construction quality of pipeline auxiliary equipment, shortened construction time, and obtained national patents, filling the gap at home and abroad.
