All Position/ Orbital Automatic Pipeline Welding Machine

Two types available: with rail or without rail.
This intelligent welding tractor can automatically weld around the pipelines, vessels or tanks and realize all position welding, such as vertical welding, horizontal welding, overhead welding, downward welding, etc.
Wire feeder and wire reel are installed in the tractor, make the machine more compact, greatly improving the arc stability in 360°.
The welding process is simply controlled by the hand-held wireless remote controller, which can efficiently improve the welding quality at high production rate, even under sever environmental conditions and reduce labor intensity.
It is widely used in shipbuilding, bridge construction, steel structure, petrochemical industry, etc.
